A license to sell and serve beer or liquor is required by State Statutes Chapter 125. General information is also available at the Wisconsin Department of Revenue website.
Licenses are issued annually in the Village of Somerset with the license term being July 1 to June 30. Please contact the Clerk’s Office for more information on available and/or appropriate licensing.
Forms must be printed and returned to the clerk's office for processing by the deadline (April 15) to ensure proper review and approval by current expiration date of current licenses. Payment for licensing is required at the time of submittal. Current licenses expire June 30, 2026.
