Below are the forms for the Court System:
Continuance Request - If you are not able to make the court date you can ask for your court date to be continued to the next available. Keep in mind court is held monthly when asking for a continuance.
Not Guilty Plea Form - Every effort will be made to accommodate requests; however, they cannot be guaranteed.
A plea of NOT GUILTY must be received by 4:00 PM the Thursday prior to the appointed court date on your citation.
Once the court has received your plea of NOT GUILTY a pretrial conference will be scheduled with the Municipal Village Prosecutor. Pretrial conferences are scheduled monthly, as your Initial Appearance, a pretrial conference notice will be sent to you with the date and time. If a phone conference is required, please include that request on your not guilty plea form. Every effort will be made to accommodate requests; however, they cannot be guaranteed.
Reopen Request - Judicial final approval is required for all motions to reopen.
To request your citation be reopened, please fill out the Motion to Reopen form below and submit. All reopen requests are subject to judicial approval and you will be notified either way.
